Our mission is to improve the quality, accessibility, and affordability of housing for our clientele throughout the Midwest & Southeastern United States.   We now cover the full spectrum of real estate acquisition,  re-development and management services. Today, through our family of affiliated businesses, Zarris' companies operate as an owner, partner, and asset manager for conventional, affordable, senior, commercial, and residential communities.

 

OUR STORY:

As a young 15 year old entrepreneur, Olympus Zarris started with his savings and a $5,000 loan from his grandmother to purchase his first investment property.  That early investment, and trust from his grandmother, has now grown into a full service real estate company with a desire to provide attractive communities and affordable housing.  With the third generation now joining the firm, our many years of hard work, stewardship and discipline has allowed Zarris & Company to identify strategic opportunities, providing quality constructed housing,  modern design, and professional management, all while holding to sound financial principles.
