Our Story
As a young 15 year old entrepreneur, Olympus Zarris started with some savings and a $5,000 loan from his grandmother to purchase his first investment property. That early investment, and trust from his grandmother, has now grown into a vertically integrated real estate company with a desire to provide attractive and affordable housing. With three generations now joining the company, our many years of hard work, stewardship and discipline has allowed Zarris & Company to identify strategic opportunities, providing quality constructed housing, modern design, and professional management, all while holding to sound financial principles.
